EOS Lip Balm in Sweet Mint Review

EOS Lip Balm in Sweet Mint Review

I absolutely adore this product! It has become a daily necessity for me; I use it every night to keep my lips moisturized and happy. It lasts all night and has the tingling feeling of menthol, which for some reason I really love! Also,  a new study has shown that by using menthol in lip product, you can reduce the chance of colds- it seems to have worked for me very well! It's cheap and easy to find. If you want a really solid lip balm, check it out!

E.L.F Zit Zapper Works Wonders!

I'm Officially in Love with the E.L.F Zit Zapper!

After using the E.L.F Zit Zapper product (see 'Target Haul' post) for a day and a half, I am officially in love with it! I strongly recommend that you guys buy this- it's one, single buck! It works wonders- I usually get a huge crop of aggravating chin zits (ugh!!!) but it made them fade and reduce in redness in one night! I also had a couple on my forehead and they disappeared too! The trick is that not only does it have salicylic acid in it, it also has witch hazel and tea tree oil. This combination of ingredients makes it one of the best (if not, the best) acne spot treatment I have ever known! All of you out there who have oily skin, buy, buy, buy! Remember, it's only one buck, that is $1.00, and it is amazing!!! Please, just do it for me, and for your skin. Buy this product.

Here's the link to Target again if you missed it before: (http://www.target.com/p/zit-zapper-7801-elf-2floz-clear/-/A-13963891#prodSlot=medium_1_1&term=elf+zit+zapper

Hope you enjoyed today's review/update! Later!

Target Haul!

Hey! Today's post will be on my recent shopping trip to Target! Hope you enjoy, and remember these reviews are only hours old. :D

1. Revlon Illuminance Creme Shadow Pallet in Not Just Nudes 710

There are three things I love about this product: the colors are perfectly summer, they are creme shadows (which usually last longer than powder) and it comes in a convenient pallet easy to bring along on vacations! There are 4 colors, two sparkly, and two matte. It's really easy to play with these!

Find it at Target (http://www.target.com/p/revlon-illuminance-creme-shadow-not-just-nudes/-/A-12771189#prodSlot=medium_1_3) for $4.94!

2. Eyes Lips Face Zit Zapper

I usually use my CVS Salicylic Spot Treatment for bad zits, but recently it just hasn't been doing the job. Since summer approaches, which is the worst time for oily skin, I decided to give this E.L.F Zit Zapper a shot after reading some great reviews! I will do an update on this since you really can't do a review after only minutes of putting some on, but it hasn't irritated my skin or made it dry as far as I can tell! It has witch hazel in it as well as salicylic acid!

Find it at Target (http://www.target.com/p/zit-zapper-7801-elf-2floz-clear/-/A-13963891#prodSlot=medium_1_1&term=elf+zit+zapper) for $1.00!

3. CG Smoothers Tinted Moisturizer (BB Cream) with SPF 15 in Fair to Light

I was running out of my L'oreal Paris BB Cream Magic Skin Beautifier so I decided to try this since some of my always helpful Youtube friends swear by it. It works! It doesn't have the best coverage, but it covers fairly well for drugstore brand and it moisturizes your skin. It feels like you have nothing on! I strongly recommend this to look natural for the summer.

Find it at Target (http://www.target.com/p/covergirl-smoothers-bb-cream/-/A-13981854#prodSlot=medium_1_1&term=covergirl+bb+cream) for $6.29!

4. Eyes Lips Face Tone Correcting Concealer in Light Beige

I just did my recent post on how great the Neutrogena Micro-Clear Blemish Concealer is, but the one draw-back I have with it is the coverage is weak. I decided, what the heck, I'm gonna try this over that, and it works well! The E.L.F Concealer is very compact and easy to bring. It has a small sponge applicator and smells deliciously like oranges (weird, right?)! It has good coverage and great for the price. Buy it!

Find it at Target (http://www.target.com/p/e-l-f-tone-correcting-concealer/-/A-13962252#guest-reviews) for $1.00!

5. Almay Intense-i-Color Pallet in Bold Nudes

Okay, I officially want to marry this eye shadow. It is wonderful and so cheap! The shadow even tells you where to put it, which is super helpful, and gives you that flawless smoky eye with a highlight (it comes with one!). It is also super vacation friendly, one thing I am definitely looking for in the summer. Also, don't worry about it matching your eyes- this is meant for blue eyes, but I have green and it still looks A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!

Find it at Target (http://www.target.com/p/almay-intense-i-bold-nudes-shadows/-/A-14263639#prodSlot=medium_1_1&term=almay+shadow) for $4.99!

Hope you enjoyed it! Check them out today! Later everyone! :D

The First Day of June Celebration!

Isn't it exciting everyone? The first day of June- in my mind, the first day of summer! Well, not really for me, I suppose, since I still have a couple more weeks of school. But soon, I'll be moving on and into summer!

Going to hit Target tomorrow which I'm really pumped about; I need some new pajamas (preferably shorts 'cause it's so hot!) and some BB cream. I'll also look for some cream shadows or natural shadow pallets and maybe some waterproof mascara (I might get that later in the summer). I'll post some pics if I get anything interesting, so today's post will be short and sweet.

Having problems with zits before the summer's even started? Start using a concealer that conceals and fights zits to solve your problems.

Neutrogena Blemish Concealer Acne Fighter

This product is excellent if you want to fight zits and look natural at the same time! It can be found practically everywhere, even at my go-to places: ulta, target, and CVS! The coverage is okay, but might be a little weak, so you can use an E.L.F. $1 concealer (at Target) to just top it off. Check it out!

This is one of the most wonderful lip balms I've ever tried. It has 8 hr moisture so your lips stay hydrated and plump for a long time and look sleek and natural. Your Perfect Graduation Makeup!

Hey everyone! This is going to be a special blog post for those of you who are graduating whatever grade this year since summer is approaching! I'll show some cute makeup looks and list the info on how to apply them and list some of my favorite accessory stores if you have yet to match up your dress with one. Hope it helps! For those of you who aren't graduating this year, I will post later this week a cute last day look!

Makeup Looks for Graduation

Summer Makeup Ideas with Pictures    Summer Makeup Ideas and Looks    Makeup Looks for Summer

To achieve some of these flawless graduation summery makeup looks, begin with a simple cleansing of your face, using a quick pore-clearing soap. Gently rub oil-free moisturizer into your face and neck, then let dry for about 2 minutes; this allows the moisturizer to soak in and heal any dry patches on your face. After that, begin by priming your face and eyes. If you don't have primer, but want the same effect, there are many websites that have home-made primer that you can make without even having to go out to buy ingredients. After applying the primer, put on a foundation or cc/bb cream to give your face a flawless, dewy look. If you have freckles and want them to show, you can skip this step or just avoid the freckles. Next, dot your imperfections with concealer and blend them in lightly with a finger or brush. After concealer, I usually apply a quick matte setting powder just to help achieve that flawless look and keep the makeup on, but it's up to you. For eyes, pick golden, lavender, or indigo shadows; they bring out the eyes and stay within the summer color range. Use a shadow on the lid and then the crease; feel free to add more if you like. Brush out your eyebrows and fill them in if necessary. Add blush if you like to your cheeks; a flirty pink hue is a good choice. Finally, apply an SPF chapstick then move in with a lipstick. Bright pinks or nude colors work best for a natural look, then lightly cover the lipstick with a clear lip gloss for a beautiful shine. There you go! Feel free to change any steps to your liking.

Hope this helped everyone out! Graduation can be difficult, but I'm so pumped to be moving on! Later everyone! :D
